Boot Camp - Three Day Workshop

Business Skills and Leadership Training
This Workshop uses the Case Study approach to apply all of the Business Skills and Leadership Training modules. The Case is a fun read about one day in the life of JJ Bones, the Branch Manager of a wholesale distribution business. The events, challenges, issues and activities confronting JJ will all seem very familiar to branch managers in the wholesale industry.

The attendees will have time to work and apply the Workshop modules to the case, and in teams present their recommendations on Day Three.

The format will keep the pace fast, fun and intense, with some case work to be done on both evenings. The team approach to applying the skills and techniques to the Case provides a powerful additional benefit of learning and hearing ideas of others in the Workshop.

Boot Camp covers all of the right Business and Leadership Skills to be successful and provides the venue to apply it all to a tough real world scenario.
