The Fundamentals - Two Day Workshop

The Fundamental Skills of business leadership. This Fundamental Skills Workshop packages each module into a tight two day format. The Workshop begins with the Leadership introduction module that recognizes the very busy world of the business manager and the way to find the time to do the "right things."

Days One and Two of the Workshop will then contain the following modules:

  • Operational basics - finding and avoiding errors in the paperwork (length is optional)
  • Data - The financial analysis skills and techniques that you really need
  • Sales management and marketing analysis
  • Organizational behavior, plus a thorough review and analysis of the employee survey results
