Branch Managers Business Skills and Leadership Training Workshop includes a 'boot camp' business skills for the branch manager including analysis of the financial data, profit leaks, and distribution business accounting. It will progress into think and do presentations on leadership communication and effectiveness, team building and problem solving with real world branch issues. A working session will help the manager create a Vision for the business while presenting tools and techniques to engage the people of the branch to believe in and achieve it. The Workshop will be independently produced and open to all businesses.
