Selling in the PANDEMIC

Cracking Accounts has been widely used across the US and Canada.   Now in it's 12th year of publication and the recent 10 anniversary edition in print and being sold, our clients tell us how pwerful of a selling skills and sales management tool it has become for their company.

We are happy to hear how it has become the best tool to be used in this pandemic.   Most customers have severely limited contact with their supplier salespeople.   The traditional way of  trying to meet and establish "relationships" to "win" orders is done.    The interaction between the supplier sales person and the customers buyers must be succinct, be of importance and productive.   New relationships will be based on this.
